MEET CLINT ABEL


I’m a Forest Lake real estate agent with REAL Broker, helping buyers and sellers throughout Forest Lake and the North Metro make informed decisions with local market knowledge, detailed property analysis and straightforward communication.


My work includes residential homes, waterfront properties, luxury homes, acreage, new construction and relocation. I work with everyone from first-time buyers to homeowners preparing to sell a property they have owned for decades.


Waterfront real estate often requires another level of due diligence. Shoreline characteristics, setbacks, septic systems, wells, dock access, water depth, elevation and redevelopment potential can all affect a property’s value and how it fits a buyer’s goals. I help clients understand those details before they make a decision.


Whether I’m helping a buyer compare homes or preparing a property for the market, my goal is the same: give my clients clear information, strong communication and the context they need to make a confident decision.

Keys For Courage Program

Keys for Courage is my way of giving back to first responders and veterans.

 

When an eligible first responder or veteran buys or sells a home with me, they receive discounts on their home purchase and I donate to the Invisible Wounds Project, supporting first responders, veterans, frontline workers, teachers and their families.

 

After spending much of my career in law enforcement, this program is personal to me and connects the work I do in real estate with a community I continue to care about.
